General seating – 5th Street – between Wisconsin Ave. & Michigan St.
Times (Approx.):
10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. - Registration begins in the lower lobby (You will pick up seat assignments, food vouchers, parking passes, etc.)
11:00 a.m. – Parade seating and concession stand open
1:30 p.m. – Parade steps off @ lakefront
2:00 p.m. – Parade reaches Hilton Milwaukee City Center
4:00 p.m. – Parade has passed and streets begin to open
General Seating Includes:
Reserved sidewalk view seating on a cushioned chair for parade on 5th Street
Access to air-conditioned Hilton Milwaukee City Center and restrooms
Concession for purchase at the 5th Street loading dock.
Misc.:
- Parade goes rain or shine – NO REFUNDS or exchanges.
- All seats are prepaid. May cancel without penalty until June 1st. After June 1st, credit cards will be charged and will only be refunded if we can resell the seats.
- Overnight room reservations will follow normal cancellation policy
- Guest who have purchased seats will receive a special reduced parking rate of $5.00 per car
- Overnight guests will receive a special parking rate of $15.00
- ADA seating must be requested at the time of purchase
- Orders are processed and seats filled in the order they are received.
- Seat location and other information will be provided with tickets.
- NO – umbrellas, strollers, coolers are permitted in reserved seating area.
- Limited shaded seats; sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are recommended.
